Export WordPress Links with LinkGather



This WordPress plugin gives you the ability to export the URL's for all your websites posts in Excel design.

You can get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the address below:

Now you have activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

Instructions


A new menu item on the left side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

Click on the Home option, this will go to the plugins homepage which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links offering to navigate you to the page that will display all of your blog sites published posts’ URL. Be aware that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few URLs in it.

You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the link table, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the ability export WordPress links to download the articles in CSV design.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published URLs, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack URL's


The option for JetPack URLs is again exactly the same method as those above, but, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the here JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to gather those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
